In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "okrbet," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the okrbet platform and its operating entity, licensed by PAGCOR and accessible at okrbet.net.
• "Platform" means the okrbet website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services available at okrbet.net.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the okrbet Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the okrbet Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your okrbet Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to your account under a specific okrbet promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the currency used for all transactions on the okrbet Platform.

By accessing the okrbet Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any future amendments. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okrbet Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and okrbet with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

To register and use the okrbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine gambling laws. okrbet strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing or using the Platform.
• You are accessing okrbet for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of okrbet or any of its game providers, and you are not an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the okrbet Platform.
• You are not registered on any PAGCOR-maintained exclusion list or similar national responsible gaming registry.

okrbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the okrbet Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited. okrbet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to confiscate all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any of it changes.

okrbet will send account-related communications — including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts — to the registered email address and/or mobile number on file. You are responsible for ensuring these details remain accurate and accessible.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okrbet account credentials, including your username, password, and one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

Any action taken through your okrbet Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorized by you, regardless of whether you personally performed the action, unless you have reported unauthorized access to okrbet support in writing prior to such action being taken.

You must notify okrbet immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. okrbet is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

okrbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available in your account security settings at no additional cost.

All deposits on the okrbet Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. okrbet does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may impose their own transaction charges, for which okrbet bears no responsibility.

Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice. okrbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your okrbet balance within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening.

• Funds deposited into your okrbet account may only be used for gaming on the Platform and may not be transferred to another player's account.
• okrbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent before crediting the funds.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes filed with your payment provider after a deposit has been credited may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

The minimum withdrawal amount on okrbet is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete on your account. okrbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits.

For verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. okrbet processes withdrawal requests on a same-day basis for amounts up to ₱50,000; larger amounts may require additional review.

okrbet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of KYC verification, AML screening, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In cases where fraud is confirmed, okrbet reserves the right to void the relevant winnings and retain the withdrawal amount in accordance with applicable law.

okrbet offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Unless otherwise specified, the following general bonus rules apply to all okrbet promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. okrbet reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after expiry will be removed from your account automatically.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate). Game contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• okrbet reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change.

Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any form of coordinated bonus abuse — will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and potential account suspension.

All games available on the okrbet Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters pertaining exclusively to that game.

All casino game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing processes conducted in regulated studio environments. okrbet does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

With respect to sports betting:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Any subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, okrbet's specific sports betting rules (published separately) will govern bet settlement.
• okrbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or human input error.
• Maximum bet limits apply on a per-event and per-market basis as displayed in the betting interface.

All game decisions and bet settlements made by okrbet are final. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with okrbet support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okrbet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances, as well as referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any KYC process.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to defraud okrbet or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through a known exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the okrbet Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimize proceeds of crime.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or engaging in discriminatory conduct toward okrbet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including through the use of VPNs or proxy services to mask your true location.

okrbet is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and the prevention of gambling-related harm. We provide a suite of player-protection tools that are available to all registered players at no charge, directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Wager Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can bet per round or per day.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from okrbet. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the agreed exclusion period.

okrbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in or is suspected of fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the okrbet Platform or other players.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or a court order requires account closure.

Upon permanent account closure following a breach of these Terms, okrbet reserves the right to forfeit the account balance where permitted by law. Where account closure is initiated by okrbet for non-breach reasons (e.g., regulatory changes), any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting okrbet support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining verified balance will be returned via the last used withdrawal method.

All content on the okrbet Platform — including but not limited to the okrbet name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game graphics, promotional materials, text, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of okrbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okrbet Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any okrbet content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any okrbet software.
• Create derivative works based on okrbet's intellectual property.
• Use okrbet branding or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okrbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the okrbet Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform, including losses on games or sports bets.

okrbet's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit okrbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through okrbet's internal customer support process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, consistent with the terms of okrbet's PAGCOR operating license.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.

okrbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, okrbet will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a notice on the Platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the okrbet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
